DERMA FILLER - FOR THE LIPS

Lip Fillers

Lip fillers are one of the most popular non-surgical treatments, designed to add volume, shape, and hydration while keeping a natural and balanced look. They are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the body that helps restore fullness and smoothness to the skin.

What Lip Fillers Can Help With

  • Thin or uneven lips

  • Lips that have lost volume with age

  • Smoker’s lines around the mouth

  • Lip asymmetry or lack of proportion

  • Dry or dehydrated lips

Lip fillers can enhance definition, correct imbalance, and leave your lips looking naturally refreshed. Results are visible immediately, with the final, fully settled result seen after around 2 weeks. Results typically last 6–12 months, depending on the individual and product used.

Benefits of Lip Fillers

  • Restore natural-looking volume

  • Enhance shape, symmetry, and definition

  • Smooth out fine lines around the mouth

  • Hydrate and rejuvenate the lips

  • Long-lasting but non-permanent results

  • Quick treatment with minimal downtime

Treatment & What to Expect

We offer 0.5ml for subtle, natural enhancement or 1ml for a fuller look.
A numbing cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort, followed by precise injections into targeted areas of the lips. The procedure usually takes 30–60 minutes.

It is normal to experience swelling or bruising, especially with lips. These side effects usually settle within two weeks, revealing the final result.

Aftercare Tips

To get the best results and reduce bruising or swelling:

  • Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication 24–48 hours before and after treatment (unless prescribed by your doctor)

  • Stay well hydrated and apply a cold compress to the area if needed

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, or hot baths for 48 hours

  • Do not smoke, use straws, or apply pressure to the lips for at least 24 hours

  • Use arnica cream if bruising occurs

  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night
